At Abode Gallery, we are excited to let you know that we just received Gaylord Schanilec’s third piece from his project The River. He has titled the piece Morone Chrysops, which is Latin for white bass. Gaylord pictures The River as a study of the animal life on the Mississippi. His first two pieces from The River are Pelicans and Short Red Head Horse Fish. Take a look at his new piece here.
The first framed print of Morone Chrysops, one of two hundred, is available at Abode Gallery along with low-numbered unframed prints. Stop by soon to see Gaylord’s new print in person and pick up your copy.
While you are here, notice Roger’s fabulous fall display outside. It reflects our fall tradition of having Cohn-Stone glass pumpkins in Abode Gallery. All pumpkins are hand-blown with Tiffany mercury glass stems imbued with pure silver. You must see these to appreciate their beauty. Click here for a sneak peek.
